BESTservice Call® Client is software designed for Bewatec MediPAD (patient terminals). MediPAD is available in three sizes (10", 13" and 16"), has a touch screen and has been clinically tested to meet the stringent hygiene requirements of the healthcare sector.


Service Call® Client is an additional function that can be supplied fully integrated with the patient terminal interface. The function enabling differentiated alarms is fully integrated with BEST’s other systems used in the hospital, such as medical alert, as well as smartphones with the BESTmate® app.

The patient also receives confirmation on the screen that the request was sent, has been received and by whom, and that staff are on the way. Two-way communication by telephone is available as an option for the patient terminal.

The interface can be customized with 1-8 icons, each linked to a specific call. Select the options that will be available to patients and decide whether or not to configure all patient terminals the same way.


For specific requests, special call icons can be created as a separate order.
